Shipping
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order and are shipped via Fedex Ground service. There is no shipping charge for Fedex Ground delivery.
Orders that require expedited service must be made via phone to Shelley Nicholson at 413.863.4038 x32. We will determine expedited shipping charges based on the dimensions of your order and inform you of these options and fees.
Return/Exchange Policy
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any return shipping charges to Hallmark Institute of Photography, within a period of 14 days. To return an item you must contact Shelley Nicholson by calling 413.863.4038 x32 or you can email her at shelley@hallmark.edu. Please ship to us pre-paid. For your protection, you may want to ship to us insured and be sure to ship via a traceable method. Hallmark Institute of Photography is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
